I loved that the apartment was super spacious and had great facilities, like a fully functional kitchen and laundry. Plus, it’s close enough to town for a quick drive, making it convenient for grabbing bites or checking out local spots.
But honestly, the stay wasn't without its headaches. The internet was painfully slow, and I had to sit around waiting for pages to load. The TV setup lacked any streaming services after long days. Not to mention the beds were uncomfortable—definitely a letdown for a good night's sleep!

The living area downstairs was comfortable, and having bedrooms upstairs made it feel spacious. I appreciated the well-equipped setup, which made my stay enjoyable. The polite staff were also a highlight, adding to the positive experience overall, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Limited reception hours 😕; no local info or dining suggestions.

I spent our time here lovely. The location was good and fantastic in the calm area. I visited The Entrance Hotel a couple of blocks away from the venue for a few drinks. The clean onsite restaurant had a huge variety of food.

The room was individual and new-fashioned, had a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a television with satellite channels. Marvellous location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Alexandra Apartments, ideal for families. The quiet location near Sugarland Tavern was perfect for dining, while the nearby attractions—from the Botanic Gardens to the Mystery Craters—made family outings fun. Though the outdoor area needed some upkeep, the relaxed atmosphere and well-equipped apartments contributed to our nice experience. We'd happily return!

The location was great as were the facilities in the apartment. Great value for money.
The apartment could have been cleaner- dusty under coffee table..... Biscuit wrappers fell out of blanket in master bedroom when it was put on the bed!!

The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a family weekend - I would have liked to have stayed there longer. I liked the outdoor area. Great kitchen and bathrooms.
I was not unhappy with anything, if wishing to improve, maybe a slightly larger couch - or an extra comfy chair.

The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw from the shopping center! I loved that there were plenty of air conditioning units to cool down after a hot day. The apartment was spacious too, making it a good fit for families. Plus, the staff were always friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience.
The place felt a bit dated and could use some TLC. We found some cleanliness issues and the furnishings seemed in need of an update. The beds were quite hard, and the noise from neighboring units made it hard to relax. it just lacked that extra touch needed to make it comfortable.

I got great value for my money, as I really enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable amenities.
The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The appartment was well appointed, immaculate and suited our needs perfectly.
Given the high standard of fixtures and fittings we were suprised the 2nd bedroom did not have bedside tables and that both bedrooms had no bedside lights. Also the sitting room area needs more seating (enough for 4) another 2 seater sofa would be perfect. Bedside lights are a must we think.

uncomfortable bed, noisy rooms
Great location, close to shops and restaurants.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I could hear noise from outside, which kept me awake.

The location was excellent, just opposite a large shopping complex. The location was also handy to get into the town, however was a little too far from the sea (20km). The apartment was cleaned on a regular basis (once a week), however I feel it should of been cleaned more often as the floors tend to get very dirty. The facilities of the apartments facilities were excellent, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dryer and ironing board. I also loved the fact there was a downstairs toilet as well as an upstairs bathroom.
Alot of the lightbulbs were missing and we were promised replacements which we never recieved, also, as we stayed in winter, we had no hot water for 3 days of our trip, we had to have cold showers and use the water from the kettle to wash up.

I really enjoyed how spotlessly clean the room was, and the bathroom was huge! Plus, the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. 🏖️.
